Take Care by Drake Mp3 Music Download

This version contains: 18 songs and 1 digital booklet
Original Release Date: November 15, 2011
Format - Music: MP3, Digital Booklet PDF
If I had to sum up Take Care in one word, I would say its growth. If theres one thing that Drake has shown us since he came into the rap game, its that he is, if nothing else, consistant. He has a formula: Rap a lot, sing a little, do a hook here and there, and bam, you've got Drake's whole catalogue in less that one sentence. Thats not necessarily a bad thing, and in the case of Take Care, Drake seems to focus more on perfecting his forumla rather than expanding it, while still showing us that he's gotten better.
First and foremost, I was happy to see 17 tracks on here, all of which are music, no skits. Thats a big plus for me. But anyway, back to the topic. Drake has never been lacking when it comes to lyrical ability, and he certainly seems to have stepped his game up on this album. With songs like "Under Ground Kings" and "Lord Knows", we see Drake really flexing those lyrical muscles. He even steps away briefly from his standard pacing and monotone flow and unleashes a flury of rhymes at once with what seems like little breathing involved on HYFR ("Hell Yeah F****ng Right") feat. Lil Wayne. Even on the slower songs, overall, they are lyrically solid.
While Drake does have a healthy dose of banger worthy tracks, there are a good number of slow songs on the album and may or may not sit well with the average hip hop head. One of Drake's biggest criticisms is that he flip flops between singing and rapping too much, and that he can easily slip right into R&B mode and kill whatever head nodding vibe he managed to create two song ago. While he DOES go pretty R&B mode for a bit, he keeps those songs close together ("Doin It Wrong", and "The Real Her feat. Lil Wayne & Andre 3000",) while the rest of the songs are more of his rapping with the occasional singing on the hook. Standard Drake formula.
A great high point of this album is easily the production. Drake has consistantly shown that he has good taste in the beats that he uses, and after having heard the CD a few times now, I cant find one that I dont like. Grandted, some are better then others, but overall there are no throwaway beats, and each one seems to be handcrafted to fit Drake, his style of writing, and solidifies the feel of the song. Also, while features were moderate, I think they were all well done, with a possible exception for Kendrick Lamar's part on the "Marvin's Room/Buried Alive Interlude" and Andre 3000 on "The Real Her". Kendrick himself is an awsome rapper, but his part on "Marvin's Room" just seemed out of place and weird to hear after the song had played. And 3 Stacks' addition to "The Real Her" seemed equally awkward, like his heart wasnt in it (which it probably wasnt).
The only downside I can really say there is to Take Care is the same one that was present in Thank Me Later: content. While Drake is a phenomenal song writer, he really leaves much to be desired in the area of subject matter. The summation of all of Drake's entire catalogue, including his mixtape material, is: I love this girl, I wanna f*** this girl, this girl broke my heart, I broke a lot of girl's hearts, I'm awsome and rich, I love girls. Yeah, thats pretty much the whole album right there. Now, even though I would like to see Drake branch out and write outside of his comfort zone, I do applaud the fact that he doesnt try to touch on things he knows nothing anything about, since that would sound stupid. His songs, while monotomous in subject matter feel honest and sincere, and if nothing else, very relatable. Doing It Wrong is just resonating with me right now.
As a whole, I believe that Take Care is in fact an improvement of the standard formula Drake has made for himself for constructing an album. It will by no means change the minds of nay sayers, nor will it make his fans love him any less. Its just more of the same thing that made him successful. Hopefully he will learn to expand his horizons a bit in the near future and talk about different things (he got a good start with his touching tribute to his mom on Look What You've Done") but I wont get my hopes up. But as long as he's putting out quality music, I'm not too bothered by it. If you like Drake, pick up a copy, its worth it.
Favorite Tracks:
Lord Knows feat. Rick Ross (Awsome beat!)
Under Ground Kings (Awsome beat, great display of lyrical ability)
Doing It Wrong (Relationship issues you've either dealt with before, or will in the future)
Look What You've Done (Great tribute to his mom)
Over My Dead Body (Real chilled beat, great opening track)

The Papercut Chronicles by Gym Class Heroes MP3 Download

From Fueled By Ramen records, Gym Class Heroes are different from all the other bands on the label. They mix rock / indie music with a hip-hop / rap style, which would seem hard to do, but they do it to perfection. Travis, the lead vocalist, has a really good flow and meaningful lyrics to go along with it. The standout tracks to me would have to be "Papercuts", "Cupids Chokehold", "Faces In the Hall", and "Taxi Driver."
If you like music such as the The Roots or N.E.R.D. or if you just want to try something new, check out The Papercut Chronicles.

Madonna Louise Ciccone Ritchie, better known as Madonna, has been many things in her long, multifarious career, among them: singer, songwriter, musician, dancer, music and film producer, fashion designer, film director, nude model, author and actress. This unconventional, groundbreaking artist has redefined herself time and again, playing the roles of virgin, playful sprite, sex-kitten, fashionista, and more. It has been this ability to regenerate that has enabled the ever youthful 'Queen of Pop' to climb to the top of the pop-superstar heap and stay there, fighting off competition from younger rivals all the way. Her effect on modern pop culture is undeniable, influencing millions of young girls, their brothers, mothers and fathers.
In her near 25-year career she has only released eleven studio albums, two live albums, and three soundtracks. She has had 37 Top 10 hits (the most for anyone on Billboard Hot 100), 12 making it to No.1, and sold more than 200 million albums worldwide, making her the most successful female recording artist of all time. Her music has evolved along with her image, from bubble-gum pop to sexually empowered boy-toy, and through self-reflecting mother, to disco diva. Her distinctive style always goes part and parcel with her music -- in fact to many her fashion was more important than her music.
It was her second album, Like a Virgin (1985), that launched her into the bubble-gum pop arena. Madonna's signature style consisted of bleached, teased hair, layered lace tops over light T-shirts or just a bra, combined with skirts over Capri pants with layers of jewellery, crosses, beads and chunky chains, with bulky pendants, lace gloves and black rubber bracelets and silver bangles. Like a Virgin went on to produce several hit singles, most notably "Like a Virgin", "Dress You Up" and "Material Girl" - the latter would become a nickname for her used by the press for the rest of her career.
She continued her rise up the ladder to megastar status with both her next release True Blue, and by co-starring in the hugely successful movie Desperately Seeking Susan. The album was warmly received by critics, unlike Like a Virgin, and spawned several more hit singles including "Papa Don't Preach" and "La Isla Bonita". The movie was styled on the underground new wave movement in New York, from which Madonna's signature style was inspired. Desperately Seeking Susan exposed her fashionable style and independent, devil-may-care attitude and music to millions more people, and the single she recorded for the film, "Into the Groove", became her first UK hit song.
Her fourth studio album Like a Prayer (1989) would see her height of popularity before she redefined herself for the first time. Critically hailed by many, Rolling Stone magazine said Like a Prayer was 'as close to art as pop music gets'. However, the video for the title song was denounced for its use of Catholic iconography and scenes depicting 'blasphemous' images, such as Madonna developing stigmata, making love to a black Jesus, and witnessing a cross burning. On the other hand, the video was also hailed for its stark messages about faith, racial equality and rape. The album also spun the hits "Express Yourself" and "Cherish".
Her next project was the Oscar-winning film Dick Tracy, in which she played the part of Breathless Mahoney, and the accompanying soundtrack I'm Breathless. The only notable single was a track that seemed stuck on to the end, as it had nothing to do with the film: "Vogue" was and still is one of Madonna's best known songs and one of the most successful singles of all time.
In 1992 Madonna reinvented herself as a sex-siren by releasing the carnally themed album Erotica and accompanying book Sex. Erotica was a concept album, with each song exploring a different path of the labyrinth of human sexuality. The book contained images of Madonna and a host of other models, in sexually explicit scenes, running the gamut from simple nude photos to soft-core pornographic situations. Both Sex and Erotica proved to be highly controversial and commercially successful.
In 1996 Madonna starred as Eva PerĂ³n - the 'Spiritual Leader of the Nation' of Argentina - in the Oscar-winning film adaptation of the Andrew Lloyd Webber Broadway musical Evita, enjoying major success from the accompanying soundtrack. In 1998, she released her seventh studio album Ray of Light, her most critically successful album. It was yet another reinvention for the singer with personal, mature self-reflective lyrics about motherhood, fame and her burgeoning spirituality. The album featured many Eastern sounds, electronics, and more down-tempo songs deviating from Madonna's usual danceable fare. The album spawned two Top 10 hit singles, "Frozen" and "Ray of Light", and won the singer and her producer William Orbit several Grammy Awards, including Best Dance Recording, Best Short-Form Music Video and Best Pop Album. The artwork won its art director a Best Recording Package.
Her 2000 album, the 3x platinum Music, produced Madonna's 12th #1 hit on Billboard Hot 100. The album spawned several Grammy nominations including Record of the Year and Record of the Year for Music and Best Short-Form Music Video for Don't Tell Me. The album won the Best Recording Package for a Madonna album the second time.
In 2005 Madonna reinvented herself once more as a disco-diva for the release of her tenth album Confessions on a Dance Floor. The album not only spawned several hits (most notably "Sorry", "Jump" and "Hung Up"), but also sparked a renewal of interest in disco among mainstream music fans. It also won the Grammy for Best Dance/Electronic Album. The accompanying tour, The Confessions Tour, won the Grammy for Best Long Form Music Video. Madonna's eleventh studio album, Hard Candy (2008), sold almost 300,000 copies in its debut week, easily topping the charts.

Ultimate Collection of Whitney Houston MP3 Download

Ultimate Collection of Whitney Houston MP3 Download

Whitney Houston has died at the age of 48. Best known for hits "I Wanna Dance with Somebody (Who Loves Me)" and "So Emotional," Houston is the only artist to consecutively chart seven No. 1 hits. During her illustrious career she earned 415 awards, making her the most-awarded female music artist of all time. Houston paved the way for female vocalists and will endure as one of music’s most beloved voices.
While the past several years, the hype has been about more of the bad girls like the sleezy Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan and Britney Spears, we often really do forget about what has made our influences really shine, and that is just simply the voice. That is sadly the case as well with Whitney Houston. This past couple of years has been difficult for her, with the heartbreaking divorce of her ex-husband, Bobby Brown, and the tabloid fallout over her her personal problems, she is still coming back on solid ground, and her voice is still a knockout. But, in the U.S., there hasn't been a definitive hits album that has shown Whitney at her peaks. While the 2000 The Greatest Hits, had missed out on a lot of tracks, by choosing to make remixes come alive of most of her great songs, instead of the original editions, but the overseas version delivered better by not overdoing it on the remixes. Now, another chance has come around to bring this legendary voice back to a new era and the hearts of those who will still always love her.
The 2007 Whitney Houston: Ultimate Collection is a single disc retrospective of Whitney Houston at her best. The collection includes 18 of her great tracks that are definitely most of the best, but also does the trick mostly well, at re-introducing her sophisticated voice to a new generation. The collection includes her big #1 smashes including the definitive I Will Always Love You, One Moment In Time, her anthem for the 1988 Summer Olympics, as well as classics like Saving All My Love For You, The Greatest Love Of All, and and Exhale (Shoop Shoop) from Waiting To Exhale. The album also includes the overlooked When You Believe, her Oscar-winning duet with Mariah Carey from The Prince Of Egypt, which was overshadowed from her previous hits album. Surprisingly, there were a few great tracks that were sadly overlooked on this album including her breakout hit You Give Good Love, Heartbreak Hotel, I Believe In You & Me and Step By Step from The Preacher's Wife, All The Man That I Need, and One Of Those Days from her last album, Just Whitney.
Although Whitney Houston: The Ultimate Collection did overlook a few great songs, it stayed true and relevant at delivering a simple greatest hits album than the 2000 one, by trimming the dance beats, and staying true to just the simplicity of Whitney Houston's voice. While more of the hype right now is on acts like Britney Spears and her so-called comeback Blackout, Beyonce' and Jennifer Lopez, Whitney Houston's songs stand strong with the testiments of time, and this hits album does basically show that well.

Rack City by Tyga MP3 Music Download

Teenage Dream [Explicit] by Katy Perry MP3 Music Download

I wasn't really sure how to rate this album because it really feels like two different albums in one. Half of the tracks I can't stand, and the other half I love and play on repeat. Here's my breakdown:
1. "Teenage Dream" - 7/10
It's a hit for a reason - it's very catchy but misses the mark with me for value.
2. "Last Friday Night" - 6/10
The song sounds okay, but the lyrics make this one worth skipping.
3. "California Gurls" - 7/10
Once again, catchy but no real value to me.
4. "Firework" - 10/10
Great song. This is probably what made me buy the album! Not only is this tune unforgettable in sound, but the lyrics are inspirational, about realizing there is something amazing in you even when you are down for the count.
5. "Peacock" - 1/10
SKIP - about a man's manhood.... ugh
6. "Circle the Drain" - 10/10
Here was another of my favorites. This one, while being catchy like most of Perry's album, deals with drug addiction, but from the point of view of a partner who doesn't want to see her S.O. go down deeper and deeper. This message is a tough sell - "I'm leaving because I don't want to deal with your addiction" - when most people want to hear a message of help and support, but this is a song about looking out for your own best interests, more like "Who am I living for?" (#9).
7. "The One That Got Away" - 10/10
Very touching song. Most of us, I think, have been there, and it's hard not to like this one.
8. "E.T." - 10/10
This track is so cleverly written and composed, it's hard not to take to it. The metaphor is unique (kind of reminds me of Britney Spears' "Toxic" though) and this album version doesn't feel nearly as cheap and campy as the remix with the ridiculous rap lyrics.
9. "Who Am I Living For?" - 10/10
"I can see the writing on the wall/I can't ignore this war/At the end of it all/Who am I living for?" This song can be taken a lot of ways - I see it as an antiwar song from the point of view of a soldier, but I also interpret it as the anthem for anyone fighting for what they believe in but being faced with other people's overbearing views. To me, it says, "You want me to do it your way, but this is my life, and I have to do what I believe in." I group this with "Firework" and "Circle the Drain" for sure.
10. "Pearl" - 10/10
A great song with a strong message. If you know a woman who was fierce and strong before her current relationship, but her current partner dims her or subjects her, then this song will make you tear up.
11. "Hummingbird Heartbeat" - 5/10
I'm no prude, but I found this song embarrassing. I didn't like the metaphor, and I could hardly listen to it. I would group this with "Peacock."
12. "Not Like the Movies" - 9/10
A good song about not settling and holding out for "the one" and not simply "the one who wants you."
13. "California Gurls" Remix
I didn't care for the original, so not real comment about this one.
14. "Teenage Dream" Remix
See #13.
So, overall, it was hard to rate this album given that it's half juvenile, snickering, I-made-a-sex-reference tracks or superficial, meaningless lyrics and the other half strong messages of value. I think most of Perry's fans will be buying this for the radio "hits" that I happened not to like much, and that's a shame because there are quite a few gems in here: "Firework," "Circle the Drain," "The One That Got Away," "E.T.," "Pearl," "Not Like the Movies," and "Who Am I Living For?"

Domino by Jessie J MP3 Music Download

Jessie J Is extremely talented. From her amazing vocals to just the compilation of her music, it is all very well done and well put together. I can't wait to see what this girl has next for us, she is going to be a mega star soon!
This was a great song, I could listen to it all day long. The download was quick and easy .
Love this song and it was really cheap on Amazon. The sound quality is perfect. I listen to it on my kindle all the time.

It Will Rain by Bruno Mars MP3 Music Download

Bruno Mars has always been known for those pop-y sounds, such as "Gernade" and "Just the way you are". I love the way his voice sounds and this song "It will rain" is my favorite by him. Honestly, I think it's his best song to date. It's more than just the love songs that he usually sings. It's a beautiful song. The lyrics, the music and his voice are all a great combination. As soon as I heard it, I knew I had to buy this song. If you love Bruno Mars or want a good love song, get this song. Even if you don't like Bruno Mars, I think you'll love this song.

Also, this song is also in the recent Twilight movie: Breaking Dawn Part 1. While that doesn't interest me whatsoever, it might interest others. Either way, it's a beautiful song. Worth a listen to.

You can always feel it when you mean it. I honestly was not a fan and haven't liked anything you've put out. This song caught my ear while listening to Music Choice the other day. Yeah I was surprised but respectfully admit the song is great. This is what's missing in a lot of artists today, individuality.

Turn Me On (Feat. Nicki Minaj) by David Guetta - Nicki Minaj MP3 Music Download

Bumpingly amazing!
Dancing my little heart away to this beat! This is totally my new jam. Love jamming to this in the car. Can't wait to play this at the next party! It'll be bomb.I have found myself more and more liking the newest david guetta album. There is so many great colaberations on it. This song however, is probaly the best one on the cd. Its a more top40/pop princess side of nicki that we dont get to hear much of. This is a must have MP3 track!!!

Good Feeling by Flo Rida MP3 Music Download

Are we really at the point now where we have songs that sample songs that sample other songs...?!! Why... good God, look at that: YES, WE ARE. That's EXACTLY where we are; this is EXACTLY what we've come to. We've finally arrived at the audio jigsaw-puzzle as the airplay unit of choice. Eventually, of course (and you mark my words on this) somebody will come along and sample this unit from Flo Rida, and we'll then have a song which samples a song which samples a song which samples a song.
Now that I've said all that, let me go ahead here and note how well this record works: I LOVE the end result here -- although I do gotta admit that when I first heard LEVELS from Avicii, my first thought was NOT, "...you know, what this thing really needs is more Flo Rida in it!" Still, what Flo Rida does here with Avicii's work is all kinds of commercial -- and I definitely hope that Avicii gets a bit of real and true organic (commercial) growth w/re his audience from this. Too, I am quite pleased that Etta gets highlighted in what will almost certainly become a Top 5 SKU at retail (assuming this incredibly radio-friendly unit gets the push it deserves from the label, literally millions of new eardrums will become exposed to Etta's fine voice in what ought to be an absolute orgy of airplay). The final result here is an absolute eargasm.
Which really brings me to my point, here -- and YES, I do have one: Flo Rida, if you read these things, I'd like to suggest something for your live show... and it's this: before you break into Good Feeling, take a moment and play a short clip from Etta and let your audience know who she was -- and IS. She DESERVES that consideration -- and let's be fair here, okay? You OWE her, and you owe her a LOT. Take a moment during your live show, man... show a short video clip of Etta... and intro Miss Peaches to a whole new generation of listeners. Partly because it would simply be a hella cool thing to do -- but mostly because she's EARNED IT.

We Found Love by Rihanna MP3 Music Download

If this is what Rihanna plans to release on the radio (and I have heard the radio edit), it's a bold move. It's fascinating to see Calvin Harris in on this track, for he brings much of what has been missing in the mainstream top 40 to this song: A good beat and something really good to dance to. This song will be especially popular in the clubs and on websites like Turntable. This song is not to be missed.

Stronger (What Doesn't Kill You) by Kelly Clarkson Music Download

When it has came down to Kelly Clarkson, musically she lately doesn't seem to have that feeling for comeback, the way she scored with 2009's All I Ever Wanted. While it was a huge hit, the songs for her latest album Stronger, feel a bit more weaker from her than what should've been a home run. For her latest single, Stronger (What Doesn't Kill You,) feels a bit weak from her voice, and honestly falls a bit in strength. I was not surprised by it, but after Mr. Know It All, I had expected better from Kelly's music. For her being the first American Idol victor, I didn't feel the strength in the song, and I had expected better that should've made her much stronger.

Adele's "Set fire to the rain" is electrifying. Adele's "21" is a standout... it far surpasses her debut, Adele 19 and her first big song, "Chasing Pavements." Adele has grown&progressed as a singer. "Set fire to the rain" is a fitting torch song. It's emotionally powerful. The orchestration is great, but it's Adele's voice that brings the fireworks. It's a heartbreak song... and an epic one at that. "Set fire to the rain" burns bright!
